Welcome to PRACL's Tyze
Since 1954, the Powell River Association for Community Living has advocated for and provided a range of day program and residential supports.
Our mission is to:
• Provide high quality, respectful services that are life long if needed;
• Ensure every person has the opportunity to reach their full potential;
• Promote, develop, educate and advocate for the people we serve to ensure their full citizenship.
We believe that full citizenship in today’s technology-rich world, includes having the opportunity to experience and benefit from online social networks. That’s why we launched PRACL’s Tyze.
People served by PRACL can now apply for their very own online social network. We’ll help you set up a network that will make it easy for you to reach out to friends, family, neighbours and caregivers. A Tyze network will help you make plans and share stories.
Tyze is a place to celebrate the contributions and achievements of the person at the centre of the network – and a way that person can stay connected to friends and loved ones.
And for the network's members, it's a chance to belong to a caring community and contribute in a whole new way.
